![]() Not sure what you mean here - if you mean align the projectors, focus, position, etc, etc, then yes. The more overlap the better - I consider 12.5% overlap the minimum and obviously try and achieve this wherever possible. No, it was just a rough amount and you can easily work this out when you are setting up your projectors and can visually see the overlap. Each of the two outputs of the Matrox were then connected to VGA over Cat5 boxes to do the 100m runs to the projectors.ģ Did you use an exact 100 pixel overlay (as per manual) or was it a rough overlay amount? Connected to the second graphics card was a Matorx DualHead2Go. ![]() ![]() The whole system never missed a beat!ġ What projectors did you use: DLP or LCD?Ģ Did you use a matrox headtogo or a second graphic's card?īoth - out of each server, the first graphics card is used to provide a preview monitor to program from. All three Arkaos servers were driven off a Hog 3 via ArtNet (using a DMX to ArtNet widget). The second Arkaos server was used to drive a FOH projector and the third server (together with the LED mapping extension) used to drive a LED wall 12m wide x 7m high. The projectors were fitted with wide angle lenses to produced a 13m wide image on the back wall of the theatre when blended. We just finished a 3 week theatre production where we used 3 x Arkaos media servers - one of which was used for edge blending with two projectors rigged over the stage.
